About the role:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Support person to join our experienced team in Takapuna, Auckland. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with the coordination and tracking of freight shipments
• Preparing shipping reports for customers
• Providing support for the processing of orders and documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of work experience in a New Zealand freight forwarding environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formatting, applying basic formulas, and using PivotTable).
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Understanding of Incoterms, Bills of Lading, and shipping fundamentals.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
• CargoWise experience an advantage.
